What is osteopathy?
Osteopathy is an approach to healthcare that focuses on promoting the body’s natural self-healing abilities. Unlike chiropractic treatments, which focus mainly on the joints and the spine, osteopathy takes a holistic approach to helping people resolve issues. In osteopathy hands-on techniques are used in combination with exercise and nutritional advice to promote healing of musculoskeletal issues.
Classed as a complementary and alternative medicine, osteopathy is considered a safe treatment for almost every patient. If you’re suffering from persistent pain that hasn’t responded well to the usual treatment, or you have an injury that has not healed properly, my osteopathic treatments may be able to help.

Is osteopathy right for me?
Osteopathy is considered a safe practice and, in most cases, can be used alongside traditional medical treatments. As every patient is different I always take a bespoke approach to creating a treatment plan. Contact me today for a free initial discussion to see how osteopathic treatment may be beneficial.
